Isolation, deletion, and export — practical controls for confidential files.

Isolation

Each workspace is bound to an authenticated user. Cases, documents, evidence, timelines, chats, and exports are filtered by ownership. Cross-user access is denied by application checks and database Database Access Controls.

Secure deletion

Secure delete removes the storage object and clears encryption metadata to remove product access to that file. Provider backups, legal holds and required retention can have separate limits; see the Privacy Policy.

Export

Export Center builds reviewable packages for professional review. My Data adds structured downloads for OCR, timeline, and chat history.
