SeraCase offers a paid plan at CAD $29 per month or CAD $199 per year, plus applicable taxes. Stripe processes payments.
New accounts receive seven days of free access with up to three uploaded files. No payment card is required. The free period does not automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will not be charged unless you affirmatively purchase a plan.
You may cancel through Account → Billing. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Paid access continues through the end of the monthly period already purchased, subject to applicable law.
You may cancel through Account → Billing. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Paid access continues through the end of the annual period already purchased. Cancelling does not automatically refund an unused portion of the annual term, except where required by law or expressly approved under this policy.
Contact support@seracase.ca for duplicate charges. We will investigate and refund erroneous duplicate charges where confirmed.
If a sustained technical failure prevents material access to paid features, contact support. Remedies may include a service credit or partial refund consistent with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer or subscription rights under applicable British Columbia or Canadian law.
1. Use in-product billing tools where available, or email support@seracase.ca.
2. Include the account email, approximate charge date, and reason.
3. We may verify identity and transaction details.
A cancellation notice sent to support@seracase.ca is sufficient if it clearly identifies the account and states the intention to cancel. We will confirm cancellation by email. Users should retain that confirmation.
Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe promptly and commonly appear within 5–10 business days, although timing depends on the payment method and financial institution.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewal. Paid access remains active through the purchased period. Once access is paused, existing information is review-only: changes, uploads, exports, and Sera features are unavailable. Account and document deletion is scheduled for three months after the pause, subject to legal holds, mandatory retention, security requirements, and limited provider backup retention. See the Privacy Policy.
