Subscription details
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. You can cancel through Billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the current paid period.
When paid or trial access ends, your information becomes review-only. Editing, uploads, exports, and Sera features are unavailable. Account and document deletion is scheduled 90 days later, subject to legal holds, mandatory retention, security requirements, and limited provider backup retention.
