Password reset lets you set a new password through a secure email flow when you can’t sign in. Afterward, enable MFA if you haven’t already, and review sessions in case anything looks unfamiliar.

    Open forgot password

    From the sign-in screen, choose the forgot-password option.

    Use your account email

    Enter the email on the account. Check inbox and spam for the reset message.

    Choose a new strong password

    Prefer a long, unique password. Avoid reusing passwords from other sites.

    Sign in and review security

    Confirm you can access Home, then open Security settings to verify MFA and sessions.
